My name is NaLonni Madden, and I am an actress, Drama Therapist, former DIS School Counselor, and mental health advocate. Currently, I am pursuing entrepreneurship, helping women over 40 improve their confidence through Drama Therapy.
I graduated from the University of Southern California (Go Trojans) Rossier School of Education with a Masters of Education in School Counseling. In 2007, I graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration - Computer Information Systems. I am pursuing a Master's in Media Management at USC Annenberg School of Journalism and Communication.
I have worked with students off and on as a substitute teacher for all grade levels, a middle school math remediation teacher, an office assistant for LBUSD, and many other places.
I love acting just as much as working with kids/adults. I love the intersection of education and theater arts/acting. As a creative, I believe dramatic arts can directly and positively impact an individual's mental well-being and overall socio-emotional state. Thus, I always look for ways to incorporate dramatic arts with counseling.
I am also a student of web3, which means I am learning new ways to bridge technology and artistry. Yep! There is so much to learn, but my main priority is mental health.
