About Mrs. NaLonni Madden

Hello! 🙂

My name is NaLonni Madden and I am a School Counselor, mental health advocate and Drama Therapist. Currently, I am a DIS Counselor and travel to different schools throughout LAUSD providing support services to students.

I am a graduate of the University of Southern California (Go Trojans) Rossier School of Education with a Masters of Education in School Counseling. In 2007, I graduated with a Bachelor's in Business Administration - Computer Information Systems. I am currently pursuing my second master's degree in Education Therapy.

I have worked with students off and on as a Substitute Teacher for all grade levels, a middle school Math Remediation teacher as well as for LBUSD as an Office Assistant

I am also an aspiring actress as I love acting just as much as I love working with kids/adults. I love the intersection of education and theater arts/acting.  As a creative, it is my belief dramatic arts can have a direct, positive impact on an individual's mental well-being and overall socio-emotional state. Thus, I always look for ways to incorporate dramatic arts with counseling.

I am also a student of web3, which means I am learning new ways to bridge technology and artistry. Yep! There is so much to learn, but my main priority is mental health.
